Extremely well done translation and implementation of this game. Solo Series is wonderful.

This is my favorite board game, but in the app the computer player often doesnt play. Big problem. It just sits on the player endlessly. This has been a big for at least a year.

So I bought this a few months ago, played it many times, loved it. Then I bought the K deck and now the game freezes EVERY TIME! This happens when it is the AIs turn. Sometimes only 3 or 4 rounds in, but sometimes in the final round or two. Extremely frustrating. It is literally unplayable now, looking in other reviews, multiple people have the same issue, and they still havent fixed it. I would have given it a single star, but I thoroughly enjoyed when it worked. Just dont waste your $ on any expansions until they post a new update fixing this issue. I hope to update my review once this is resolved, otherwise Ill have to ask for a refund.

As reported by others here, basic game is great, but expansion decks cause AIs to frequently stall and effectively end the game. Really needs to be fixed, given how often its been reported.

I LOVE this game, BUT...it constantly freezes every time I play with the newly purchase expansion decks. The AI freezes during its turn and it is extremely frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE and I will update to 5 stars again.

I like this game but there is a bug that happens randomly where the ai will not make a move. The game is not frozen, just stuck. You can still back out to the menu. You just cant finish the current game. Please fix!

DO NOT BUY THIS! MAKE THEM FIX IT FIRST! There are now bugs that cause games to freeze, with no option but to forfeit, start a new game, and hope it doesnt happen again. When this is fixed Ill happily revise this review to five stars.

It is unbelievable that a bug that has been reported for months and is easily repeatable still has not been fixed. The AI will just get stuck spinning forever in an offline game with expansion decks enabled. This game is five star if it actually would work correctly. I was planning on buying lords of waterdeep at some point, but since playdek doest take bugs like this seriously I wont now.

Game has glitches on the AI turn, rendering it unplayable. Surprised playdeck has not updated given similar reviews. Dont buy until update. (iPad Air 2)

Agricola is a modern classic when it comes to tabletop gaming. And the app by Playdek is wonderful. If youre brand new to modern tabletop gaming, this probably isnt the best game to begin with. Ticket to Ride, Carcassonne, and other Gateway Games may be better. But for those looking for something deeper and meatier, you just cant go wrong with Agricola. There was a bug for quite some time that had the AI lock up, and that bug seems to now be gone. Ive played through 1/2 dozen 4 player games against the AI and not one of them has locked up. As such, I quickly purchased the Gamers Deck IAP as a way to thank Playdek for continuing to update the app.

Love this game. Love this app. Play it obsessively. Let us not discuss just how obsessively. I wonder if theres a way to add in a note-taking feature? Obv I could use another app, totally fine, but there are times in long games that I have a plan that i later forget. You know, "wood, then sheep unless they take sheep then stone" or whatever.

I like the game but it is rather slow when plying a few AIs. In addition, about one game in 5 seems to crash the game, repeatably, so the only thing I an do is to forfeit. The crashes were rare before but more frequent with the new decks. New update has caused hangs to return. Updated: I havent seen it hang since the 11/16 update (what took that so long?) but it just crashed on me using the new decks, so that is STILL an issue years later.

What a fantastic game. I walked away from my second game and I was impressed. I love playing the basic game and using the 14 occupation/minor improvement cards to develop a new strategy at the beginning of each game. After that, I have to use my brain to figure out how to optimize my limited resources. My wife isnt into heavy board games so this is outstanding. This is an unbelievably satisfying game. I havent been this impressed with a game since playing Power Grid.

This is an awesome game if you can make it through the learning curve.

The Plowman occupation claims it adds a field on the 4, 7, and 10 spots. Instead, the game adds a field on the 6, 9, and 12 spots. Chat boxes would also help improve online multiplayer. Other than that the app is great

I never leave app reviews, but they did such a great job with this one! If you love the board game Agricola, you will appreciate the time and effort that they put into this high quality app!

I bought this game 2 years ago and greatly enjoyed it. Graphics are awesome, animations really smooth and nice, the music is enchanting! The gameplay was really magical! I literally played more than a thousand of solo games over these 2 years! Of course there has always been one or two cards that did not work as expected, but this was not really annoying once you know which to avoid. *BUT* the new version with the G Deck is absolutely pathetic. Unplayable. Broken. Deceptive. More than half of the cards are not working as expected (yes, this is more than 60 cards!), and the game end up freezing very often. Yes, I’ve spent 2+ hours playing without being able to finish a single game. More than 2 months after the last update this is still the case and people keep complaining. Is there someone at Playdek still working on that game? Will you let this half-baked version and make customers hate you? I’m now really upset.

Very interesting game. Beautifully designed. Everything from Playdek is top notch.
